Leon’s workouts hinge and build upon dynamic movement. Leon wants everybody to become consciously aware of the way they move and how to build on the foundation areas of mobility, posture and flexibility. With a background in competitve powerlifting and brazillian jiu jitsu Leon emphasises connection, whether it be your mind-muscle connection, or connection with the ground through gravity, everything comes from an intention, and an acceptance of resistance, and how to work around rather than through.
Leon has a deep passion for helping others and teaching, he takes great pride in his delivery with clients and is always focused on those that struggle, because the truth is, everyone has and everyone does fail, but failure is: First Attempt In Learning, which is an integral part in any success or goal. High intensity workouts, heavy weights, calisthenics whatever it may be, Leon is a dynamic and fun instructor and you’re sure to come away with some unique and specialized exercises, he also loves teamwork and the link friends and partners share when growing stronger with physical and mental training.
Lastly Leon studies entrepreneurship and self actualization rigorously, and like all of the trainers at Bondi Outdoor, has a holistic approach to self transcendence and growing stronger, setting positive intentions, practicing gratitude, acceptance and other virtues, Leon values courage and discipline highly and is someone who will hold people up and push people high to become the strongest version of themselves.
