Coco-Loco Smoothie Recipe
High protein and full of potassium – could there be any better combination for a post workout smoothie? Coconut water is packed full of the electrolytes we lose through sweat – potassium being key to muscle recovery. Our friends from Amazonia (www.amazonia.com.au) have designed this delicious concoction – it’s up to us to enjoy.
250ml coconut water
¼ cup shredded coconut, coconut butter or coconut cream
1 serve Amazonia Raw fermented paleo protein
¼ cup ice
Combine in blender and enjoy!
Throw in half a cup of frozen blueberries to boost antioxidant levels.
