Lauren has always been obsessed with movement. Hailing from Canada, she was an avid figure skater and fell in love with Pilates after suffering from a running injury. With over 4 years experience teaching all over the globe, Lauren’s classes are challenging with special attention to posture. She wants Pilates to balance your body, tone your muscles and keep you injury-free.
Lauren is an advocate for healthy accessible food and fitness in marginalised areas of Australia. As such, she is an enthusiastic volunteer teaching nutrition seminars, fitness classes and wellbeing programs in Sydney and abroad.
