BONDI OUTDOOR FAQ’s
Everything you need to know about sydney’s premier outdoor gym
Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness?
No, Bondi Outdoor caters for all skill and experience levels.
What if I’m REALLY out of shape and I’m kind of terrified?
Our trainers have years of experience and can’t wait to help you reach your fitness goals. Before each session, your trainer will assess your level of fitness and experience and work to those limitations.
I have/had an injury. Can I still join in?
We recommend private sessions for those with limitations due to injury, pregnancy or surgery. This allows your trainer to customise the session to your specific requirements. However, you can still take the group classes and your trainer can recommend alternative exercises when needed.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend all Bondi Outdoor participants bring a towel, comfy running shoes, athletic attire, water bottle and change of tee-shirt. Your ID is also required for check-in.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Our group trainers are also qualified to take private sessions, meaning that you receive tailored guidance to reach your specific goals. For all enquiries on this topic, please email email@example.com.
Do I have to become a member to do personal training?
No. We are able to provide private sessions to you even if you aren’t one of our group session members. However, we are able to offer special PT rates for, so both to help you reach your fitness goals and for affordability, we recommend both.
Do you have showers?
Not exactly. However, there are plenty of showers along the beach corso, which is situated just steps from our training area.
What if i have kids?
Bring them along! We not only offer kids fitness classes, but a creche style setup within the Bondi Park playground area. Our minders are fully qualified and have been subject to police checks and reference checks.
Place for pets?
We absolutely encourage you to bring your four legged family members to training with you. (Probably not a great idea during Yoga or Pilates if they tend to be a little vocal) Otherwise, we have tie up areas, water bowls, toilet bags, treats and toys. Everything your puppies need to keep entertained.
