What Makes Us So Special?
Thank you for dropping by, given how precious time is in this world we are very appreciative that you’ve chosen to be here.
You’ve probably figured out by now that we offer fitness classes – yoga, pilates, boxing and bootcamp, to be specific – and we are an outdoor training space in Bondi (the name kind of gives it away).
But what else are we about? Well, i’m here to tell you exactly that. My name is Olivia and I’m one of the founders here, and as much as it’s about physical fitness, it’s also about improving the other areas of your health too – mindset, nutritional, spiritual… so really, it’s your whole self.
See, appreciating all aspects of wellbeing means that you don’t just see results in your appearance – you’ll see enhancement in the other areas of your life too. We feel our best when we are in balance – emotionally, spiritually, physiologically and mentally. You can’t have 100% health in one area and 50% in another and feel incredible – it just doesn’t work like that. So rather than just help you train your body on the outside, we’re here to help you reach your peak in the other areas too. Because to be completely honest with you, that’s our mission: to help you feel amazing, inside and out.
To make this possible, we’ve partnered up with some of Australia’s leading wellness professionals like naturopaths, nutritionists and meditation teachers; wholefood nutrition / supplement companies, skin care brands, and even organic body care businesses. Our members receive special opportunities to experience their services and sample products, as well as discounts on their online purchases. By doing this, we make it really, really easy for you to be at your best – it’s all taken care of, all you need to do is trust, commit and follow through.
Finally, a really important component here is having a goals: it’s great to have all of these offerings to help you improve this and that, however if you don’t have a focus and specific objectives, you’re going to be pretty challenged to getting to where you want to go. Pinpointing exactly where you want to be, in several facets of life, writing them down and feeling supported to achieve them…. well, that’s a recipe for success. With a background in psychology, I will take each and every member through a goal setting consultation each month to ensure they are on track – amongst everything, this is my true passion – allowing you to achieve exactly what you want.
